My Influenster College VoxBox 2012!!!

Since I've been posting so many reviews lately, I thought I'd show you the full contents of my VoxBox.
This was taken IMMEDIATELY AFTER I OPENED IT. Oh my god it was so awesome!
Fake nails, ENERGY ON A SHEET, EYELINER AND NECCO WAFERS. It's like they stalked me and found out all of my guilty pleasures. :)

Influenster, I'm onto you!!!

There's also a pen in there, too... you just can't see it. I use it everyday now :D Along with the eyeliner!

I was most excited to try the pen, eyeliner, and imPRESS press on manicure!

NYC New York Color Show Time Glitter Eyeliner

I got a whole box of things to try from Influenster for FREE just to review them and so far the one that I've used the most HAS to be the NYC New York Color Show Time Glitter Eyeliner in Black!Here's the NYC New York Color website in case you guys n gals wanna know more!

It's $2.49 at Chain drugstores and mass merchandisers nationwide, and let me tell you it's SOOOOO worth it!

It's wonderful and stays on for HOURS. You just have to not use it under your eyes or else it ill smudge. For some reason, only underneath the eyes.... WEIRD! But I love it anyways! If you need precision when using this eyeliner, you should heat the end with a lighter for 2-5 seconds. Makes the lines a lot sharper.

DingoLingo language learning programs for kids video review

So, we watched a DingoLingo language learning programs for kids video. And they were actually pretty decent as far as kid's language learning videos go. The music was a little cheezy but that's always to be expected.We liked it okay, I mean, we thought the 3d animation was kind of creepy... but we did like it. :) They seemed like fun and we're probably going to look into buying these videos in the near future.

We got to watch this video compliments of Influenster, which is an awesome site you guys should totally sign up for. I signed up and I love it!

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure

So, I got an Influenster College VoxBox full of free things to try and review, and inside were these awesome lookin' Broadway Nails imPRESS instant manicure things. I tried them out, of course. They're supposed to be no muss, no fuss, instant manicures--who wouldn't try these out from day 1?? These are retail value of  $5.99 for colors $7.99 for patterns at CVS, CVS, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, KMart, Walgreens, Walmart, and more. I'd wear these any day. Special occasion? Who needs one when you wanna feel good about yourself! Here they are on my roughed up hands. (I had just gotten out of the hospital.) They're supposed to last up to a week but mine only lasted 5 days :(


Here's the low down:

Designs: A+, Classy and understated but still really pretty!
Nail Color & Shine: A+ The gloss doesn't fade for a while. Lovely to know.
Glue: C- Strip form, already on the nails. The convenience was nice but the staying power was severely lacking. And I followed the instructions, too! BOO!
Easy Removal: A+ They came off twice! That's easy removal if there ever was any!



Overall these get a B from me. But they've got lot's of potential! Maybe they'll work better on your hands.

So, I've been gone a long time.
